Hello! Thank you for checking out our listing. We are moving back to our home state of Wisconsin and wish to hold onto this property as a rental(we have others as well and are experienced landlords). We love it here very much and are very sad to go but we're looking to start a family and would like to be near our loved ones. This homes boasts all stainless steel appliances which are included with the rental unless you have your own that you'd prefer. The home is on a fenced in corner lot in the Scotts Mills neighborhood directly across from the big pond with an amazing screened porch! Our neighborhood does have an HOA and I will discuss all of the rules with whoever is interested and provide access to the documents. We will pay the yearly HOA dues but you are responsible for any fines that come from unresolved violations that you receive. They're pretty lenient and give 10 days to fix anything that is an issue for them which has never been a problem for us or costed any money. We love animals and are pet friendly with an added fee of $25 per month per pet, just for the added liability that they bring. Utilities are NOT included with this property, trash is included with the HOA dues so you don't have to worry about that. Utilities you will need are electricity(varies based on use), water(around $16/month), and sewer($61.25/month). Date Available: December 1st 2024.
