The doorway opens into the colorful and modern living area, where a comfortable couch and 2 accent chairs await you. The living room is also equipped with a television (Roku enabled with guest accounts) for you to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Just off the living area is our fully-stocked kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal. The kitchen also has a table and chairs with seating for four. Across from the eat-in kitchen is the first full bathroom, where you can also find the washer and dryer. This bathroom has a shower, toilet, and single vanity. Along the hallway, you will find the first bedroom, which has bunk beds with premier linens (twin over full) and a large dresser for clothing storage. Down the hallway, guests can retreat to the second bedroom, which has both a dresser, closet, and queen bed. Across from this bedroom is the master suite, which includes its own en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination, toilet, and single vanity. The master boasts a large closet and comfortable queen-sized bed. Outside, guests and their pets (allowed with a $250 pet fee-$100 per additional pet) may enjoy the spacious fenced-in yard with mature trees. We can't wait to host you at Villa Roja, where all utilities and wifi are included and pets are welcome with a fee!
