Monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits. Upon contacting us, we'll reply with your official application link! You can fill it out on a phone, tablet, or computer in minutes at your earliest convenience. The application fee is $50.00 per person. All adults 18+ who will be residing on the premises are required to apply and will be listed on the lease agreement. A photo ID is required on the application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with a social security number for screening and identification purposes. We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants; any prior evictions, or felonies within the last 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency. Upon approval, we will hold the property for you, for a (minimum) of the total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out of the deal. Then anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with the first last month's rent. The first last month's rent, along with the total security deposit, must be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property.
