Located in the Bywater neighborhood on a safe, quiet block, the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a historic house and is completely renovated with brand new appliances. The house has a swimming pool with a large patio/courtyard area and a Weber propane gas grill (all shared with the downstairs apartment occupants). There is plenty of on-street parking as the house is a corner property. The apartment is fully furnished, has central heat and air-conditioning and free wi-fi. The open kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Utilities are included. Cable not included. Smart TV but streaming services are not included. Tenant needs to have their own streaming accounts. There are floor to ceiling windows in several of the rooms providing beautiful natural light. Wonderful location---within walking distance to several eating and retail establishments. This is a rental for a minimum of one month and up to 3 months. Rental renewal is optional after 3 months. Pets (on a case by case basis).. No smoking. One half month's security deposit (in addition to and separate from the monthly rent) is due at time of rental agreement signing.
