All adult occupants have to do background check. 6 months lease then month to month. Move-in fee refundable by final inspection after checkout. For short term rentals less than 6 months, $100 per day plus $202 cleaning fee per stay and $1200 deposit(for holding and possible damage), all utilities (and 12% sales tax) included.
