The property is furnished with the following common area items: -Sofa set, coffee table, end table, dining table chairs and front porch furniture set -Each bedroom will have curtain rods and curtains UF GAMEDAY PARKING - For UF football home games, the owner parks cars on site throughout the yard - On Football game weekends beginning Friday at 5pm through Sunday at 12pm, Owner shall have full access to gravel parking, portico , 1/2 of front grass area and driveway. Tenants should park on street or on grass on front lawn on North end of property. Alternate on site parking can be arranged in advance with email approval from owner. In order to reserve the house, the following would be required: 1) Each tenant and co-signer fill out and submit a credit/criminal background check application. The cost is $50/person. *If you have your credit frozen, please un-freeze it so we can run a credit check.
