Our home is central to Denver, the mountains, lakes, library, grocery stores and gas stations. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, clean and family oriented. The room has it’s own bath across the hallway. It’s a ranch home so there are no stairs. Renting this room also provides: full kitchen access, 2 living rooms (1 with a fireplace) and washer & dryer inside the home. Utilities included are wifi and trash. Utilities not included are 1/2 of electricity/gas and water/sewage, which is approximately $150 per month. Must be drug free and No smoking of ANY kind.
