The breakfast bar seats two and looks toward the compact, yet fully equipped kitchen which includes an electric smooth-surface range oven, over-the-range hood fan and microwave, gorgeous quartz countertops, a large farm sink, whisper quiet dishwasher and bottom freezer drawer Samsung fridge. Just a few steps outside the covered entry, you can enjoy your front row dedicated parking space or take a stroll to the community beach. Sleeping accommodations afford guests with three beds for a maximum occupancy of three guests. There's a Murphy bed for overflow sleeping as well as a premium twin air mattress with provided bedding in the main living area. The Murphy comes down in the convertible dining area which seats 4 when bed is stowed. When the Murphy bed is lowered down, pull the privacy curtain across the area for added privacy. Down the hallway you’ll find a high-quality Jack-and-Jill bathroom that passes through into the private bedroom yet has three separate, private spaces. Guests can use the vanity area to get ready for the day while other guests use the shower or toilet. All with complete privacy. In the bedroom you’ll find the custom Euro-king bed piled high with plush and luxurious bedding on top of 100% cotton sheets (or flannel if you prefer) and cloudlike pillows. There’s plenty of room in the mirrored, reach-in closet to keep your essentials as well as extra bedding. The wall of windows allows for plenty of natural light, while the color palette in the room promotes the ambience of calmness. In the far nook of this space, you will find a second vanity area, complete with a large mirror and sink, making privacy in the primary suite a breeze.
