Guests will have access to a shared swimming pool (heated year round), two large spas, four tennis courts, a game room and covered parking (two reserved parking spaces). This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals. Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. Security Deposit Hold of $500 required prior to guest arrival. The condo is just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it\'s the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf! Solana Beach is a quietly beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a farmer\'s market - all within a few minute\'s drive of the condo (some are walkable!). You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego, which is just 20 miles away. This condo does not have air conditioning, but gets a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months.
