This 2 story home located within the gates of the Mandalay Colony comes fully furnished and includes a very well appointed kitchen, plenty of beach gear, bikes and sports equipment for weeks and weeks of fun. Natural light fills the living space, skylights and huge sliders lead you out to the beach/ocean front balcony. The sunsets above the Channel Islands are mesmerizing from the position of this particular unit. The large rear deck is where you will dine alfresco, relax in the ultra comfy chaise lounges and enjoy the fruit from the resident lemon and lime trees. We have an excellent gas BBQ and all of the entertaining necessities. The primary bedroom provides our guests with a beautifully made California king size bed, Restoration Hardware dresser and authentic mid century modern accent pieces. The primary bathroom has a walk in shower, double vanity and separate toilet room. One the same floor is an adorable twin bedroom with two beds and plenty of closet space. Woven sconce lighting from Anthropologie adds some fun as well as the designer dressed beds. Up the spiral staircase is another petite deck and an open loft/office/lounge area... Just beyond lies and additional California King Bed with a vintage desk. There are two entrances to this home. The front door is on the beach side and the back door is right by the 2 car garage. Side by side laundry is inside the garage. Minimum 30 night stay. Longer stays are available as well and please call for pets as most are welcome too! Internet, utilities and some housekeeping included.
