In other words, there are other 2 Airbnb apartments next to yours to which you will share a patio with, however, each apartment has its own set of patio chairs and table. - Maximum occupancy is 4. If there are more than 4 people at any time, a valid & verified noise complaint or more than 2 vehicles at any time, you agree to forfeit the reservation (no refund) along with immediate eviction. - Although the property does not have an enclosed garage, it does have a parking lot that should perfectly fit up to three cars. This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available. - We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Phoenix, state of Arizona and Booking Channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines. - The city is very strict on this and if you have any other unauthorized persons, over max occupancy or more than 2 cars, you are subject to forfeit your entire reservation.
