This unit was recently remodeled. We would LOVE to host you! Our place is unique because it\'s in the heart of downtown but in an up and coming neighborhood. Three of the houses on the block have been recently renovated. You just cannot beat the central location to EVERYTHING. You have the entire two bedroom to yourselves. You\'ll notice that several homes were recently renovated as downtown Phoenix recently has a huge culture shift bringing in many travelers. Uber and Lyft are the best options especially when it\'s hot outside. :) Walking is an option if you like to take a 1-2 mile stroll. - Please assume 4:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check out. - Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we\'ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. - Although the property does not have an enclosed garage, it does have a parking lot that should perfectly fit up to three cars. This space is shared with two other units and it is a first come first serve; however, parking anywhere in the street is also available. - Maximum occupancy is 6. If there are more than 6 people at any time, a valid & verified noise complaint or more than 2 vehicles at any time, you agree to forfeit the reservation (no refund) along with immediate eviction. - We follow and abide by all rules by the city of Phoenix, state of Arizona and Booking Channel and do NOT allow any Large Gatherings or Parties to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood and respect the families around us. - A propane grill and tank are provided, and we refill the tank periodically; however, if a guest encounters the propane tank empty and wants to use the grill, the guest will have to refill or exchange it at Circle K or Walmart, and we will reimburse it. We personally like to go here and the exchange of a tank is about $14. Firewood for the fire pit falls under the same guidelines.
