Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances. Assistance animals, once verified by PetScreening.com, will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits.
