The house is about 1850 sq. feet, featuring three spacious bedrooms all located on one ground floor. The second floor of this house is occupied by an annual tenant, with a separate entrance for privacy. You have access to the entire first floor of the home, the garage, the back deck and fenced-in backyard. Located at the Virginia Beach oceanfront, just one block from the beach on the corner of the feeder road, this house is a great choice for a group of 6 (or 8 if you\'d like to use the queen air mattress) people. One block walking distance to the beach and close to the ARE and Seashore State Park, you really can\'t ask for a better location! This area of the beach functions at about the same pace throughout the year, whereas the lower south of the beach surges with crowds in the summer. Wide blocks welcome bike cruisers and allow for a more relaxed beach environment overall. However, if you want that downtown resort action, this house is a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and all the entertainment our area has to offer! This beachy, bright home features hardwood floors, a working fireplace, charcoal grill, fenced yard, porch with a swing, table and chairs and a beautiful garden. You will enter the house through the front door to your left through the living area, a spacious and airy hang out spot for all. The back bedroom features two twin beds. The fully equipped and stocked kitchen is open and welcoming for many to gather while meals are prepared. The two other bedrooms are located toward the rear of the house, one double bedroom and a queen bedroom. There are two full baths in the house along with a nicely sized laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The garage is where you will find all the extras - beach essentials, beach cart, coolers, umbrella and bikes. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. There is a private driveway with room for 3 vehicles. Some Important Points: If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100. We offer concierge beach and bike equipment rentals if you need more than what is already provided. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure. We also offer baby equipment rentals if you don\'t want to haul the crib/pack n play, stroller, etc. NO early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season (May through September) Contact us to schedule a showing.
