We charge a pet fee of $300 for pets under 65 pounds, and $350 for pets 66 pounds and over. Only 2 pets per apartment. For a second pet, there is a $200 additional pet fee. Pet rent of $35 per pet is charged monthly. We accept pets up to 100 pounds.
