Aquariums / Fish tanks / fish bowls are accepted without any charges up to a 5-gallon size habitat. Tanks up to 50-gallons can be approved with proof of insurance coverage for first floor apartments only. Prohibited animal types: rodents, reptiles, bats, ferrets, arachnids (spiders), insects, wild, exotic, feral, or farm animals and other animal types at the discretion of management.
