A limit of 5 people living in this rental will be strictly enforced. For example, 2 adults and 3 children. Showings will be available starting September 28th, 2024. The preferred lease start date is Oct 1 or Nov 1, 2024 and the preferred lease duration is 1 year or more. We are flexible on move in date between October and November.
