As a pet-friendly community, we proudly allow cats and dogs here at Chelsea Place. Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home. Restricted breeds are allowed provided the animal has been Certified (proof required) Canine Good Citizen (CGC) from the American Kennel Club. PET POLICY: Chelsea Place offers 52 green acres for you and you're pet to enjoy. We also have a walking trail, Bark Park, and many pet waste stations throughout the community. Mark your calendar for our events that would include your pet attending. We always have treats in the office and encourage you and you're pet to stop in and say Hello! Breed Restrictions Include: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Malamute, Pit Bull, Pit Bull Mix, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, and any other aggressive breed. A mix of any above breed not permitted.
