The large private deck is equipped with outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining or soaking up the sun. You\'ll also find an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, adding to the convenience of this fantastic property. Spacious and Comfortable Living: Inside, the home offers multiple living areas, giving everyone their space to relax and unwind. The large common area features a fireplace, a Smart TV with Spectrum live TV channels and Netflix, and an array of entertainment options, including video games, a DVD player, board games, movies, and books. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking basics, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a stove/oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a double toaster, a toaster oven, and a complete set of dishware and flatware. In the event of a storm: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler\'s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. Policy on smoking: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Cancellation Policy: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled.
