Located in its own gated area, this corner unit villa is tucked away under a canopy of live oaks in its private Seabrook Island community of forty units. STR-2023-0220, SBI TOWN LICENSE: 2023-0589 Upon entering this first floor villa, guests will find abundant natural light with views of the marsh, shrimping boats, and some of the most incredible Lowcountry waterfront sunsets. With shiplap ceilings, custom doors and cabinetry, all new flooring, and designer furnishings, great thought has been put into the design and decor of this coastal oasis. The open space living area features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances and an abundance of serve ware for your dining needs. A dining table with server and six chairs makes for a great breakfast or dinner spot. An outdoor balcony complete with two Adirondack chairs is off the dining area. Off the kitchen entrance is the living room area with comfy, modern furnishings, extra large mart screen TV, and a second balcony with seating and views of the water. The master bedroom features a king bed with brand new mattress, ample fluffy pillows, new bedding, large screen tv, closet place, and a desk area. An ensuite bath offers guests a spacious shower, vanity and toilet. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, dresser, closet place, bench, chair, and modern accents. The guest bath offers a large vanity, bath/tub combo, and toilet. A washer/dryer is located off the hallway. STR-2024-0539 SBI TOWN LICENSE: 2024-1803 LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.) WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know. COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available) AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $33 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. As of January 2023, the island is assessing a car pass fee of $40 per guest vehicle. This fee will be assessed to the renter. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time. CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip. CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs. THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler\'s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance. CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $200 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited. LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates. PET POLICY: This property welcomes your dog with our prior approval. There is a non-refundable pet-fee of $195 per pet stay. DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.
