Since the property is a walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic, it is very accessible to doctors, nurses, and students. Students who will rent the room can have their parents co-sign for the lease. All rooms require one months rent with a one month security deposit to sign the lease. Rooms are rented on a month-to-month basis with a minimum 60 day notice to vacate. Background checks for Credit, Criminal, and Eviction reports are required. The tenant will cover the cost of these reports.
