All updated bedroom furniture and sofas! 5 bedrooms, 1 spare room with queen bed, and 1 private loft with a sleeper sofa. This home best accommodates up to 12 guests but with recent upgrades can now sleep up to 14 guests. LOCATION: This exclusive beach block property is the perfect place to lounge around by the heated pool, play games and create memories on one of its many decks, or relax on the beach with friends and family! The home sits on a 100' x 110' lot, allowing for an exceptionally large footprint. Our spacious home is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy all the attractions of Avalon. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk! Easily walk into Avalon's town center for dining and shopping or relax by the heated pool. INSIDE: First floor features three bedrooms, a junior primary suite, two hall bathrooms, a kitchenette/snack prep area, washer and dryer and an oversized family room. First floor bedrooms: Three bedrooms (one queen bed, one king bed, two single beds) and one junior primary suite (king bed). The second floor features the primary suite (king bed) which features its own private balcony, luxurious bath with jetted tub, dual vanity sinks and a huge stand shower. Also on the second floor is the oversized kitchen, an island with stools, dining room with chandelier, kitchen table, powder room and a large living room that opens up to a spacious balcony right outside for you to enjoy. Second floor bedrooms: One smaller bedroom (queen bed) and a large primary suite (king bed). The third floor features a loft area that has its own private balcony. The views up there are amazing. Third floor loft (bonus room): 1 loft room with queen size pull out sofa bed. Ocean views from the second floor deck and third floor balcony are worth seeing! OUTSIDE: There are spacious wrap around decks on the first and second floor and a large rear deck. Home is equipped with a gas grill. A private and heated pool was recently installed. There is pool access from the first floor and from the second floor balcony. The pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24. Parking is in the driveway as there is no access to the garage. PET POLICY: We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Do not hesitate to reach out anytime with any questions. Important Notes: - Pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24. -Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. -Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! -The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees. -Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME. Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. Construction on property to the left of our home may cause noise. We require photo ID for any guest 18+ prior to your stay.
