The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat! The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath. The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access. Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard.
