Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental without a co-signer. “All Decked Out" is a top floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located at the end of Columbia Street in a quiet condo community with only four units. This third-floor property offers privacy, wonderful sound views, spectacular sunsets, and is in the center of Wrightsville Beach. Nicely decorated with a bright and airy living and dining area that opens onto a covered deck. The living room has comfortable furniture and beautiful wooden ceilings that give a modern beach feel to the space. Just off the living room is the primary suite with a king bed and a large private bath with convenient access to the sound front deck. The split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other furnished with two twin beds, are located off the main entry hall. A guest bathroom is located opposite the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of pantry space and is easy to navigate. The HOA requires all vehicles to display parking passes while parked on the property in order to avoid citation or towing. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Students, Smoking, RV’s, Pets, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
