As you enter this 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home you are welcomed by an open living room that flows seamlessly to the nicely appointed kitchen. Accented by beautiful wood floors and soothing coastal shades of blue, this welcoming living space is truly the heart of the home. Whether you are preparing a meal, dining, or relaxing on the large sectional sofa - “Retreat Yo’ Self” makes a wonderful gathering space. Take advantage of the private elevator! Off the kitchen a staircase will lead you down to the ground level. A nicely stocked garage space provides wonderful storage for your beach equipment and even offers a few complimentary items to enjoy during your stay. There is an in-law suite that is accessed from the garage level of the home. This sleeping area is furnished with a queen-sized bed, and television. There is a full bathroom, washer and dryer, as well as access to the fenced backyard. The upper levels of the home are accessed by a stairwell off the living room. The second living level of this spacious home features two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One guest room is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed, television, and a sizable closet. Down the hall you will find a large bathroom which includes a walk-in shower as well as a shower tub combination. The last bedroom on this living level provides a plush king-sized bed and a private balcony. The top floor of this home offers an open sleeping area where you'll find a twin over twin bunk bed. There are also two roll away beds available. There is a full bathroom nearby that serves the bunk area and nearby bedroom. The last bedroom on this floor is furnished with a king-sized bed and functions as the primary suite. This bedroom includes a private balcony, sitting area, and television.
