This home is 1 block away from the beach access and has multiple covered decks and an outdoor entertaining space. As you enter the home through the foyer you are led to the first living level where the sleeping quarters are found. The back bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed that is a twin bed over a full bed. The second bedroom is a quaint guest bedroom that offers a cozy queen-sized bed and shares direct access to the hall bathroom. A junior primary suite with a plush king bed is located down the hall and is complete with a private on-site bathroom and deck. The upstairs has an open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, and full bathroom that is shared with the primary suite furnished with a king bed and private deck overlooking the back yard. Spend evenings grilling under the pergola, soaking in the salt air, and roasting marshmallows by the fireside. Tasteful string lighting sets the mood and provides ambient light in the evenings. There is a small outdoor refrigerator for added convenience. Ample outdoor seating and a built-in wood burning fire pit make this the best hangout spot in the house! Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid (Twin/Full). Parking: Assigned parking on site for 4 vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
