The bedroom available is spacious, with plenty of natural light, and there’s a washer and dryer in the basement along with lots of storage space. Rent: $1300/month plus deposit (1300), which includes heat, gas for cooking, water, trash, and high-speed internet. We’d split the electric bill, which typically runs between $45-$75 a month. Garage parking is also available for an extra monthly cost. Ideal Roommate: I’m hoping to find someone who’s a working professional in their 30s or 40s and who likes to keep things tidy.
