Semi fenced in yard with a nice view of the woods behind our house. Big cedar outdoor shower with hot water on the lower deck. 18" Dishwasher in kitchen and your own washer and dryer in the basement. Utilities are not included but run on average of $100-250 monthly depends on the season and usage. We can provide exact usage for each month. Electric heat in the kitchen, dining room, water heater and in bedrooms. Propane heater for the main part of the house, cooking, and dryer. Water, wifi and lawn care is paid by landlord. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal of their front door. Landlord will provide shovel and salt. 5 minute walk to the ferry.
