There is a nice balcony off the main living area, and a concrete terrace on the side of the house. The garage is a 2 car, attached garage with a workshop. 2 pets are allowed. Dogs cannot exceed 50 pounds. All pets must be spayed/neutered with all shots current. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, yard maintenance and snow removal. House uses a well. In lieu of security deposit, there is a $1100 non-refundable move-in fee. Application fee is $60 per adult 18 years and older. Income ratio is approximately 2.5 to 3 times monthly rent. Pets, if approved require a one-time $200 non-refundable pet fee per approved pet. 2 cats or dogs are allowed with a MAXIMUM FULL GROWN weight of 40 pounds or less.
