How it works
Choose your apartment
Select your desired unit and lease length and pay in full at checkout. What you see is what you pay - as furnishings, utilities, and high-speed internet are all included.
Confirmation
Hold tight, a concierge will be in touch with any additional steps before we confirm your stay. A temporary hold will be placed on your card and will only be processed once your booking request is confirmed.
Move in!
All units are fully furnished – from the sofa to the silverware – and include a dedicated workspace. Just bring your bags and some sunscreen!
Cancellation policy
When you request a booking on Sunny, one of our team members will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your booking. You can cancel anytime up until that point without penalties or fees. See our Terms of Use for more details.

When we say move-in-ready, we mean it! From bedroom linens to a fully stocked kitchen, our aim is to make you feel right at home from day one.
