Guest gas grills are also close-by on property. The unit features an air-conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom. A luxurious king size bed is in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is not an AC unit in the living room area. Kamaole III Beach is a one minute (or less) walk from the property, and features wonderful swimming and snorkeling off the shore. Walk the shoreline trail south as far as the Wailea resorts, and watch for sea turtles feasting on the algae alongside. Beach activities and whale watching (in winter season) are practically at your doorstep. And within a few blocks, there are more than a dozen restaurants, coffee and smoothie shops, snorkel rental, convenience markets, and souvenir shopping. Wailea s resorts are less than five minutes away by car. The lanai at this condo is something special -- it is roughly 50% larger than the typical vacation rental lanai, and it is put to amazing use with the scenery just across the street. It s the ultimate tropical venue from which to watch Kihei s beach-town rhythm unfold, with morning coffee or evening beverage. A new retractable lanai sun shield keeps things comfortable.
