If approved with a slightly lower credit score, at least a double deposit ($3,380.00) may be required. If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed within 48 HOURS of acceptance (generally known within 24-48 hours of applying) in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 620 or higher is required. If accepted with a slightly lower credit score (due to meeting income requirements and good rental history), at least a double deposit would be required. If accepted with a credit score of 620 or higher the security deposit is generally the same as 1 month’s rent ($1,695.00).
