It offers 1650 acres of open space, so you'll never feel crowded and it boasts an abundance of canopied oaks and more than 85 lakes and waterways, not to mention 14 miles of walking and bike trails for the fitness/nature enthusiasts. Utilities, cable or streaming tv and WIFI included. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. 3 month minimum stay required however. Association application and approval required (application fee is $100). RATES: DEC 1-APR 30: $3700 per month* // MAY 1 - NOV 30: $2500 per month* (*additional fees & taxes apply) . Prices shown are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be: security deposit ($500), departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($250.00), Sales and Resort Taxes (13%) and Travel Insurance (if purchased at the time reservation is booked). Rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. NOTE: We do not accept reservations for high season months of Jan - April for less than 90 days until after Labor Day. After Labor Day - 30 DAY minimum rentals only during the HIGH SEASON months of January, February and March. Tenants who are in this year have first option to renew for the next year, and have until April 15 to advise us if they are returning.
