Just a 3 minute ride to the St. Augustine Amp (Ampitheatre) for shows from many major bands and artists like John Legend, Iration, Young The Giant, etc and Farmer\'s Markets on Saturday mornings! Just as close by is Anastasia State Park and Lighthouse Park! The Conch House is walkable within the neighborhood, famous for seafood and Reggae Sundays! The St. Augustine beach pier parking lot is only 5 minutes away. You can bike to any of these locations utilizing the available bike rentals companies in the area as well! The home itself is SO cozy! Linens and towels are included. The beds are ultra-comfy, the living room boasts amazing lounge furniture, and the decor is epic boho chic! THE LAYOUT - has a split 3/1 layout BEDROOM 1: Queen bed (Northside of house) BEDROOM 2: Queen bed (Southside of house) BEDROOM 3: 2 Double Beds (Southside of house) BATHROOM: On Southside of house with the Q and 2 Double room. Has shower/tub combo. The kitchen has all of the essentials and more, and there are lots of fun things to do in the laundry room, like a game of croquet! You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.
