Studio Apt with private patio in a quiet courtyard, full kitchen, and located in the heart of the Siesta Village! THE VILLAGE STUDIO AT A GLANCE - Steps to Village\'s World-Famous Dining & Entertainment. - Private Patios, Sun chaise & Alfresco Dining table. - Award Winning Beaches, 20 Bar Restaurants, Walk to everything! - Walk to Siesta Key Beaches and clear calm Azure Water & pure quartz White Sand. - Tide Pools & Sand Bars for lounging, sleeping, relaxing, or water sports. - Best Sunsets in North America with 300-degree views of the Gulf. - 20 Restaurant-Bars, Live Music, Daiquiris, Oysters, stone crab, ice cream, fresh donuts. - Kayak, bike, paddleboard, scooter, golf cart rentals. - Walk to Free Island Trolley & every activity imaginable. - A one of a Kind Siesta Key Experience. The Location - This unit has hosted newlyweds, divorcees, an Olympic snowboarder, a war hero, an 80s rock star and countless other people with one thing in common, they love Siestas beaches and the Siesta Key Village. It\'s just about 100 feet to all the best of the Siesta Village - fresh oysters, seafood, tropical drinks, ice cream, entertainment, and even gourmet donuts. The patio is shaded by trees and has a chaise lounger and bistro table so you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, good book, cocktail(s), or an al-fresco meal. The beaches here are the widest on the island, have panoramic views of the gulf to the North-West-and-South, and are the top spot in North America for viewing sunsets. You can swim or often wade to Sand Dollar Island, a white sand cay popular with dolphin sand-dollars and occasionally giant-conch. The beach is shallow clear and calm with white quartz-sand tide-pools perfect for sleeping drinking or playing. This is the only spot on Siesta where you can go from the water to lunch or dinner and back to the sand without putting on a shirt and shoes. Possible Itinerary - Wakeup, decide if you will wear shoes today, then head to Lelus for an iced coffee. They make the ice cubes out of frozen coffee there. Drink it there, return to your patio, or walk over to the beach and look for dolphins. Get breakfast because there are a lot of great breakfast spots and they serve until noon so there is no rush. I recommend a crab cake Benedict. When you are ready, head to the beach and swim bike or just nap. This is a special spot so exploring a little will be worth your while. I like wading out to the sand bar at low tide. Bike rides on the beach are also amazing. Bike south to check out Point of Rocks or north and east to Big Pass. I usually skip lunch and have a 3PM happy hour meal at SKOB, then after drinking my fill I grab a real meal, then walk back down to the beach to watch the sunset and digest. The sunsets are amazing, it\'s what leaf season in the north would be like if it happened every day, and if they had dolphins and great weather there. Now it\'s dark and you can go out or go to bed, but you have to make a decision. While deciding consider my grandmothers advice Life is a string of pearls and you never know how many you have left.- GVLJ Beach Gear - Correction for Air-b-n-b listings.
