It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property. Per listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have “dangerous animals” on the property. All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required by the platform, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Platform Direct Message (DM) system or my cell #. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same. Also animal\'s accidents do happen and we are not required to clean up after them every day. We do complete cleaning inside and outside right before checkin so we can not accommodate any accidental droppings they might have in or around the pool/backyard are. Note, this is pretty much everywhere in the state of Florida. houseRules : NOTE: We may greet you guys at every checkin and making sure your ID/DL / Picture on the booking platform matches the reservation on file. We will also answer any questions that you might have and show you around. This is to make sure all the questions do not go unanswered and for you to experience our property to the fullest. Our pool technicians as well as garden maintenance usually come to the property once or twice a week with no set schedule. They walk around the side of the property not to bother anyone. If this bothers you, please let us know in advance and we will have them knock. Dogs are allowed ONLY PRIOR approval required. If an animal is brought to the property without prior approval - reservation will be cancelled and you will get 0 refund. $150 will be charged on top for cleaning. Property Rules: The person on the reservation has to stay at the house. NO more then 10, without prior approval | otherwise $250/night/guest. NO parking on the grass NO smoking, NO pets | $750 charge on top of cleaning fee. NO shoes inside the house, would be awesome :) NO glassware allowed outdoors. NO parties | per updated policy. NO weapons/drugs/illegal items and activities. Unplugging/covering/interfering with any cameras; $150 fee per camera will be added. Late check-out MUST be requested in advance. QUIET hours are from 10pm-7am. If police comes, you are automatically charged $250 for the fist time and $750 for the second time.
