Garage is a shared space for light storage and use of existing washer and dryer. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Landlord shall maintain landscaping. Pets considered and will go through a pet screening for approval. Tenants required to have renters insurance which shall include pet bite insurance if applicable. Tenant Responsibilities: 1st months rent and a deposit equal to 1 months rent, application/credit check fees, lease prep fee $150, Pet screen & lease prep fee $75 for first + $25 each after, Non-refundable pet deposit $300 + $150 each after. If rental includes furnishings there may be an additional furniture deposit required. *Applicants are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis meaning a FULL applicant file must be submitted in its entirety to be considered. A FULL applicant file consists of the following: -ALL residents 18 and over must complete an application -Proof of identification must be uploaded via online account -Proof of income must be uploaded via online account and verified -Employment must be verified -Reference Checks must be completed -Pet Screening must be completed (ask agent for details) *Upon acceptance, the applicant will then be required to provide proof of renters insurance (bite insurance if you have a dog), prior to executing the lease and gaining possession. *A property shall not be removed or status will not be changed until a full lease has been executed and all upfront monies have been paid.
