It features a private pool and is just 20 minutes away from the areas best attractions including Disney World, Volcano Bay, and Universal Studios. Located in a gated community, guests of our home have access to amenities in the community including: Splash park Sports court Fitness center The Space Our modern, spacious 4-bedroom townhouse is the perfect getaway for you and your family and friends. Our home is located in Kissimmee and accommodates up to eight people comfortably. This Paradise Palms vacation home features a brand new 65 SMART TV in the living room. This townhome features one queen bedroom on the main floor with a flat-screen SMART TV. This bedroom shares a common area bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs is a king master suite, also with a SMART TV. It features an in-suite master bathroom with a large bathtub. Two remaining rooms are located down the hallway. Each of these rooms features two twin beds. A large fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full-size stainless steel appliances helps you save money on the expense of dining out. Best of all, our home features a private splash pool thats perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of shopping and theme parks. Guest Access Guests have full-use and access to all amenities at Paradise Palms Resort. Its a massive community pool area that is out of this world. Were in the perfect location to catch the beautiful sunset along the lake or enjoy the beautiful Florida nature nearby. Worried about being on vacation and getting out of your fitness routine? No need. Paradise Palms Resort has an incredible fitness center and even an outdoor sports court so you can stay active while away. Other Things to Note Paradise Palms Resort has a security gate. Please have your \"welcome packet\" printed or on your phone when you arrive. Security will print you a voucher that you will scan to access the community. Interaction with Guests This home is self-check-in. There is no \"lobby\" or anyone to greet you. Guests receive a personalized code for the door and alarm. I live around the area and I am available whenever needed. You may call or text me if you have any issues. Our private pool can be heated upon request for $35 a day and has to be on for the duration of your stay. The pool heating fee can be collected before arrival. Please request this before your arrival. It does take up to 24-48 hours to heat so I cannot guarantee the pool will be heated if it is not requested prior to your arrival. *All guests are required to sign our rental agreement via DocuSign before checking in, this information is sent over outside of any platform and must be sent to your email.* The Neighborhood This Paradise Palms vacation home has a great location. Its close to everything there is to do in Orlando, including great food and recreation. Whether you intend to spend all day in the theme parks, enjoy the Florida sunshine, or relax in your rental condo, you wont need to worry about dining. Dining There are many great dining options close to our Paradise Palms vacation home. A few of our favorites include: Bahama Breeze Sabor Brasil Cafe DAntonio ARI Also in the Area A Walmart SuperCenter and a Publix Supermarket are less than a 5-minute drive from the home for all of your needs. The Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets are less than a 15-minute drive from the home. This outdoor shopping plaza has a combination of high-end luxury and popular stores including: Kate Spade Michael Kors All Saints American Eagle Forever 21 Fossil All Disney theme parks and all Universal theme parks are less than 15 minutes away.
