The house is equipped for longer stays, with a stocked kitchen, family amenities like a pack n play and children\'s dinnerware and laundry machines. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen and 4 Twins (in 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks). The kitchen is equipped to service 8 people and cook together for a great night in! THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 3/2 layout: MASTER BEDROOM: King size bed with en suite bathroom walk in shower and soaking tub. 2ND BEDROOM: Queen size bed. 3RD BEDROOM: 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. HALL BATH: Between the two guest bedrooms with shower/tub combo. OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway and single car garage for up to 3 cars. LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry area in the garage with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15-20 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated walkable to a beach access, and a few minutes drive from St. Augustine Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses in Crescent Beach to park and walk on. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. *SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.
