To name a few: This home is less than 3 minutes from Winn Dixie grocery store, Whitey\'s Fish Camp, Dreamette, G\'s BBQ, Grumpy\'s, Call Street Cafe, Spring Park Coffee, Present Tense Coffee and Books, Sweet Sensations. Just a 2 mile drive to the Old Ferry Boat Ramp, or a 9 mile drive to the Black Creek Marina and Boat Ramp. THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds and 1 Queen sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped to service your whole group and cook together for a great night in! Enjoy the wood burning fire pit or propane BBQ all while soaking in the water views. Are you adventurous? Plenty of off street parking for 4 cars. Washer and dryer. Kayaks, SUP, fishing gear (with signed waiver) for fun in the sun! OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days. PARKING: There is plenty of off street parking in our driveway for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited. LAUNDRY: We offer a set of washers and dryers off of the dining room. We provide starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience. SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for.
