There is a community office that residents can use but there are no computers. There is also small kitchen off of the main lobby for residential use with carts that residents can use to take their groceries or other items up in the elevators. The rent is $2200.00 a month, with a $500.00 Deposit and a minimum 1 month lease. This is a No Pet, No Smoking property and these terms are non negotiable.
