QUALIFICATIONS: The following items are used as criteria to determine whether an applicant will be accepted for a rental home with SRES. INCOME: The total gross income for the household must be at least 2 times the monthly rent. Income must be verifiable through employer as well as paycheck stubs, bank statements, award letters or tax returns. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have positive credit history. including no evictions. Also to include no debt to previous rental property owners. BANKRUPTCIES: Must be discharged for two years prior to approval of an application. RENTAL VERIFICATION: 3 years of verifiable combined Rental/Home Ownership History (excluding renting from family members) for single family homes and multi-family units.
