The condo is on the second floor and there is a condo above this condo on the third floor. Guests may hear footsteps from condo above during their stay. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest\'s responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest\'s children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest\'s stay.
