This unique 4BR/2.5BA property offers lavish, year-round indoor/outdoor living. Your highly desirable hillside locale is private enough to feel worlds away while still being close to all the action. A sleeper sofa in the den allows overflow guests of guests or a optional set-up for up to 10 people sleeping. Let us know in advance, AND remind us just before you arrive just in case, if you want us to open and set-up the sleeper sofa as a bed. The den is not separated by close-able doors. The outdoor kitchen has beautiful garden views, a wet bar, and a natural gas grill with an infrared burner. When its time to eat, gather at either of the indoor or outdoor tables. BED & BATH Each bedroom has private access to the backyard. The master suite has a plush king-size bed, an electric fireplace, and wall-mounted TV. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, large jetted soaking tub, and a steam shower with body jets and dual rain shower heads. The three guest rooms each have a queen bed and flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination with dual rain shower heads. Parking is available for four cars (two in the secure garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This home is accessed via a flight of stairs. This rental is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and noise ordinances are strictly enforced. Initial entry and digital check-in are exclusively through the digital lock in the main front double-door entry. Multiple cameras alert staff if you have any trouble accessing. The booking guest will be emailed their unique digital code two (2) days in advance of their arrival. and SMS Text the day before arrival. The digital locks will ONLY work starting at the 4:00 PM check-in day and through the 10:00 AM check-out time and day. Parking is restricted to 2 cars in the garage and a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway or directly in front on the curb of the street. We recently updated the garage to allow the large SUV\'s to fit in the garage front in 1st. Upon booking, youll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with a digital lock. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! THE LOCATION Stroll to the Universal Studios Theme Park Hollywood or an array of world-famous studios and local hotspots on Ventura Blvd. Or take the Metro subway just a short walk at Universal station to the Hollywood station for the world famous Hollywood blvd walk of fame and exciting glamorous nightlife. Or Metro to anywhere in Los Angeles greater area. A short walk to the nearby metro station provides convenient access to all of L.A. The next station is Hollywood Blvd. -- site of the Walk of Fame, museums, restaurants, and sightseeing. Oasis is in a very quiet neighborhood. A wonderful family home, for a family staycation. We cater do the family traveler group exclusively from out of the area. A Travel Crib & Bassinet Lightweight, Pack Play-Yard for Infants & Toddlers. Portable Crib, Baby Bed in the front entry closet and a kid\'s Palm Leaf Splash Pad Sprinkler- a big hit! Ten (10) that can occupy 5 beds is also the MAXIMUM number of people we allow on the property. This is an agreement with our dear neighbors. Skyhill Oasis House Rules forbid parties of any kind. We limit cars to 4; 2 in the garage and max 2 on driveway or directly on the homes front street curb same side. Upgraded finished vehicle room now fits most Largest SUVs and trucks inside the home and secure. In agreement with the neighborhood families and elderly we maintain a Securitas security response agreement with the global firm, and they are stationed directly across the way at Universal Studios with Sheriffs substation. All this due to guests letting lose a bit too much or just stretching the rules outright during the pandemic. The neighbors can call Securitas to evict, which can result in forfeit of remaining balance, or legal problems. If you think you will be in trouble with is, first please ask us and explain your request for exception, but clearly if Skyhill Oasis is not a fit for your staycation, please find your perfect fit elsewhere. The upside of this is that the home is pristine, and a fabulous relaxing garden spa experience, in a world-class entertainment-rich neighborhood that any family will enjoy and long remember!
