This 3-bedroom 2-bath home has been designed with a desert boho aesthetic with all the amenities that makes a space feel like home. The home has great curb appeal and is on a quiet street that is just a short stroll from catching the Bear Creek Hiking Trail in the Cove. Unique to the cove, the full-size pool is located in the backyard (instead of the front patio) which is great for families and privacy. Living Room, Dining Room Kitchen: The living space is an open concept with lots of light and windows. There is a great view from the front door all the way into the backyard pool and patio. Large windows frame the gorgeous tile fire place. A comfortable sofa and 65” smart-tv make the space a great spot for a relaxing afternoon. There is plenty of seating between the sectional couch and a bench under the picture window. The dining room is fitted with an oversized 6-person table from CB2. Help yourself to a cocktail from the nearby bar stocked with new glassware, ice bucket, and all your bartending accessories. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including a smart electric oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Cabinets have been stocked with plastic and ceramic dining ware, a flatware set for 12, glasses of all types, pots pans plus much more. A cute coffee bar located between the kitchen and dining room includes a Keurig, coffee cups pod canister and is the perfect spot to start your day. Bedroom 1, 2 and Guest Bathroom: The California King room is earthy and tranquil and furnished with a top-of-the-line mattress that will make you never want to get out of bed. A mirror door closet and dresser provide ample space for your belongings and the 55” smart TV is equipped with all the apps ready for your individual log-ins. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds equipped with ultra-comfy mattresses and was designed with a fun southwest flair that makes the room perfect for kids or adults. A large walk-in closet is perfect for clothes, shoes and storage. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower and contains lots of white bath towels hand towels that will give you high-end hotel feeling. Master Suite: Located at the end of the hall, with access to the backyard through the sliding door, the Master Suite is a sanctuary that is the best room in the house. The Eastern King bed has attached side tables with space for your books or electronics and the mattress was carefully chosen to provide a great night sleep. A large dresser is placed underneath the 55” smart TV and a huge walk-in closet with standing full-length mirror round out the room. The master bathroom has a glass encased shower, double sinks with lots of room in the vanity for storage. Patio Backyard Pool: Directly out the sliding door from the dining room, you will find the lounge patio with a gorgeous view of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There is ample seating between the couch, chairs and hanging egg chair in the corner. A neon sign on the wall is the perfect spot to get your perfect vacation Instagram photo. The pool was re-tiled and an electric pool heater/cooler was just installed so the pool can always be set at the perfect temp! Pool service comes on Monday Thursday so it is always clean and looking gorgeous. The home is in the IID district and owner provides electricity up to $250/month. Tenant will pay any amount over $250 and will be deducted from the security deposit. If the electricity bill is over $250 it will because of use of the pool heater/cooler. A/C or heat use will not result in a bill over $250. A small turf area with lounge chairs next to the pool is the perfect place to catch some rays, read a book or take a nap. **BRAND NEW ELECTRIC POOL HEATER COOLER JUST INSTALLED.
